Meet The Team

Luke Moyses

Luke has worked in the building industry for 17 years and has gained a wide range of knowledge knowing how a building operates from mechanical to electrical services and specialising in air conditioning and refrigeration installations.

After purchasing and refurbishing his own home his love for property started and using his own time and money he’s invested into a training program with a professional group that teach the different strategies involved in purchasing and managing the property. 

Luke has learned many different strategies to buy property using the skills and methods taught by professional investors ensuring every purchase is cash flowing, profitable and completed to current regulations.

Robert Shaw

Having worked in the construction and property industry for over 18 years Rob has a wide and varied knowledge of the construction and fabric of a property. As the director of Smart Electricians Ltd, Rob has been involved with many high-end property renovations and works alongside some of Sheffield’s leading property investors. 

Rob’s combined knowledge of business and construction positions him in a great project manager role within Option 1 Property. Rob’s vast construction network positions the company in a strong place when building and developing our construction and renovation team. It’s always been one of Rob's life goals to be a property developer and has a lot of synergy with his current role within his electrical contracting business.
